The Crescent plays host to a chilled Sunday social co-hosted by the good people at Please Please You and Nez Perce. As well as DJ sets, there will be live performances from Shield Patterns, singer/songwriter Elsa Hewitt, and loops from Jakoby and Mayshe Mayshe. Expect something beautiful and different.

This Saturday, musical pub the Fulford Arms is putting on a memorable all day event, with a number bands from the area playing from 11.30am, right through until 11:00pm at night. Bands playing include Faux Pas, Frames and The MallRats, so whatever you are into – this looks good!

Taking you back to the 1970s, Dolly Parton’s 9 to 5: the musical is a light-hearted, hilarious sing along comedy. From the producer of Ghost, Legally Blonde, Hairspray and Sister Act, this musical centres on three office workers Violet, Dora Lee and Judy who turn the tables on their sexist boss.
