Dutch band The Cool Quest are a funky dance tour de force. On the continent, they area  festival favourite.

New single Goodlife is a full of hip-shaking beats, flowing rap and an overwhelming laissez-faire. The song takes us into a journey of drinking wine, running up debt and caring very little about it. It’s the perfect tonic to the world of austerity and political upheaval.

They’ve been in among a ’90s hip-hop funk revival in The Netherlands for a couple of years now but we hope to catch more of them in the UK in the near future.
