We loved The Silver Bayonets’ Fake straight off the bat.

The intro to the tune is very reminiscent of the minor guitar riffs that emerged in the 60s, with a reverb drenched sound giving a spaghetti western style twang to proceedings too. Our only gripe is that the vocals don’t seem quite strong enough to hold up to the wonderful sounds emerging from the rest of the instruments, and they don’t seem to quite go together that well, but that is some magnificent guitar work.
