A few weeks back we featured Aria Hennessy’s newest track Missive #1. Today we have the pleasure of premiering her lyric video.

Railing against the status quo Missive #1 is a story of female empowerment and being sick of the way women are still treated in the 21st century. It’s sung to a amiable electro pop beat and with Aria’s passionate voice.

The video reinforces the story with images of protest grounding it very much in the zeitgeist of #metoo and #timesup. Aria is a bright and thoughtful songwriter with the strength to be an important agent in the inevitable change coming. Check out Missive #1 below.
