LA quartet Ruby Throated create a light, lilting sound with twinkling keys, driving drums and crazy synth solos. The anchor is the beautifully rich voice of vocalist Jocelyn Raulston which is enrapturing. New track Early On features all of the above plus a hypnotic repetitiveness.
