Lydia is a beautifully wistful acoustic track by The Magic Lantern – otherwise known as Jamie Doe.

Lydia is just Doe and his acoustic guitar, displaying a pretty fingerpicking style that we would love to hear more of. Doe has a calm yet strong voice, with a hint of sadness tugging at his vocal chords, lending the pretty sounded song a very evocative feel. It’s very extremely raw and feels very personal at times, however this is what makes the track so wonderful to us.
