You is not your typical rap track. Stripped back yet complex, short, simple and to the point it’s a track that really got in my head on first listen. Gyles is not the most verbose of writers it seems and he lets the backing track do the talking, which is astounding. The video is an elegant slice of life.

20-year-old Gyles hails from Greenwich is South East London. If this debut is anything to go by, he’ll be one to watch. Watch for yourself and decide below.
