Video: Marx – Bad One

Hot off the heels of supporting R.A. Rugged Man at Fibbers last week, Hull rapper Marx returns to York Calling with new video Bad One.

Marx is the brainchild of Martin Guymer who holds a varied cross-section of influences across the rock and rap sphere from Korn and Slipknot to D-12, Shotty Horroh and everything in-between.

Of the track’s inspirations, he comments:

“Bad One is a representation of that sinking feeling where the good times take a turn for the worst, when you know you’re getting ready to crash and burn. Everyone has a memory of a time they were on a bad one, I’ve definitely got a few.”

You can catch Marx live tonight at The Grafton in Hull, at West Street Live in Sheffield on the 28th and Chip Shop in London on the 31st.
