There’s something to be said for hardcore artists going acoustic. Case in point: Birds in Row bass player turned singer-songwriter Quentin Sauvé.

In new video Dead End, Quentin’s bleak lyrics are brought to the fore, accompanied only by a simple acoustic guitar melody. The track is packed with raw, captivating emotion. There are no bells and whistles but that’s what really makes the it. Meanwhile, the video tells a tale of memory, longing and love.
Quentin Sauvé has previously toured internationally with a number of metal bands, most notably Birds in Row, a critically acclaimed French rock band. His solo stuff is definitely for fans of Brand New. Check out the video for Dead End below.
