We’ve previously featured American psych-pop band Lucille Furs on our blog with their track Another Land. Now they’re back with new track Paint Euphrosyne Blue.
By Graeme Smith
Lucille Furs delivers classic rock for the 21st century and there is certainly a throwback feel in Paint Euphrosyne Blue. I’m getting influences from Syd Barrett-era Pink Floyd and glam rock bands such as T-rex. Fans who remember those halcyon days will definitely dig this but I’m sure Lucille Furs will definitely find fans in a younger audience too.
Fuzzy guitars, dreamy vocals and marching percussion are the order of the day for this Chicago-based quintet and we’re into it. Check out Paint Euphrosyne Blue below.
