The Harmaleighs are an American indie-pop duo who are tackling the subject of mental health issues through music.

We’ve featured The Harmaleighs before with their catchy rock track Sorry, I’m Busy. New track Don’t Panic is beautiful and floaty. Inner turmoil is disguised through dreamy vocals and guitar. It’s a so-retro-its-fresh sound, one that you could listen to all day. Yet, dig a little deeper and you can hear the song as a form of self-soothing. Band member Hayley Grant describes writing this song in her bathroom at 3:30 AM to calm herself down and really get a sense of the struggle in the music.
Don’t Panic is taken from The Harmaleighs forthcoming album She Won’t Make Sense and you can listen to it below.
