Chloe Foy is a British singer-songwriter inspired by the likes of Lucy Rose and Laura Marling. Her new track Without You is a delicate waltz with a heavy heart.

I’m pleased to welcome Chloe back to the blog following our coverage of her video Asylum last September. New track Without You features a simple waltzing guitar repetition that forms a cozy bed in which Chloe’s haunting vocals lay. ‘Haunting’ is the best description of the track overall, feeling like a traditional folk warning narrative akin to The Decemberists.
Since we last featured Chloe she’s been named one of 2019 ones to watch by BBC Introducing and is now lining up a summer of festivals including Green Man. You can listen to Without You below.
