Krikl is a LA-based experimental electronic producer who has teamed up with Dan Konopka from OK Go for her new track Unease.
By Graeme Smith
Unease is a slow burner, gradually building over the first minute and half before exploding into a landscape of electronic layers and strings as if leaving a mournful valley onto a bright hillside. It’s a lovely, atmospheric piece that will transport you to another world.
Mixed by Dan Konopka from the legendary OK Go and featuring Nina Uzelac on cello, Unease is a professionally put together bit of magic. It features on Krikl’s three-track single Celestial, also released today. Stream Unease below.
