TGC, or The Green Children, are a Nowegian/English duo who met while studying in Liverpool. They’re new track Echo is a nuanced and layered mash up of the delicate and the rough.

From the outset the heavy bass hits you and you’d be forgiven for thinking Echo is a dance track. Synths creep in over the chorus and that feeling is reinforced before the layers melt away and the breakdown bring the sweet, delicate vocals of Milla Sunde to the fore and the dancefloor number becomes something of a chilled dreamscape.
