John Greska is an American bedroom pop artists we first discovered back in December. He returns to the blog with his stunning new track (If) I Missed You.

The track starts meekly enough, a simple piano melody accompanies Greska’s mild, spoken word style but (If) I Missed You is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. When the first chorus hits, it hits hard, with a looped violin riff joining the mix as Greska delivers his musical rebuke.
There’s a hint of musical theatre to Greska’s music that really kept me listening. (If) I Missed You is genuinely one of the best tracks I’ve heard for awhile. Check it out below.
