Tushar Mathur and Shayan Roy are two musicians from India who have collaborated on new indie R&B track Stepping About.

Stepping About is a bit of a love letter to millennials, a generation who, as Tushar describes it, has grown up with the battle between “the hustle” and self-care. Lyrically, it’s astute and musically it’s chill. The easy listening chorus gives way to a surprise rapped verse at two minutes to keep things fresh.

Hailing from Bangalore, Tushar has a background in blues and RnB, so I suspect Stepping About marks a bit of a departure for him. Check it out below.
