The Warren Youth Project’s Three Minute Heroes is a project we’ve featured before on the blog. Last year we shared the video for Waste of Paint’s contribution, Baudelaire’s Waltz. The project encourages conversations among young people about mental health through music. It’s had such an impact that it is now part of Withernsea High School’s curriculum. Hear Joe talking about the project below.
Nausea/Fatigue is, as the title suggests, a languid track, a little reminiscent of Radiohead. It perfectly captures the experience of living with anxiety and depression though sluggish electric guitar and pleading vocals. You can check it out below. If you’d like to hear more, Three Minute Heroes Volume Two is out today, available here.
