Casey Noel is a country singer songwriter who has a way with words. Her new song Page 52 explores heartbreak and relationships in a way I’ve never heard before.

Page 52 has a very classic country feel to it, with slide guitar and fiddle aplenty, and Casey’s vocals fit right in with that genre. Yet, what really sets her aside is her lyrics. “It’s easy to fall in love when you don’t know what it means,” she declares in the chorus. “Don’t go falling in just to fall back out. Don’t dive in just to let me drown.” It really resonates when none of us can ever be sure that the person we love is as invested in the relationship as we think they are.
