Couchsleepers is the name of a collaborative musician project created by American musician and producer Harrison Wood Hsiang – Creature Comforts is their latest release.
By Jane Howkins
Creature Comforts starts off slowly, but the tension soon ramps up into a beautiful crescendo of sounds – I loved the dynamic changes in the track and there was something rather anthemic about the whole thing – it sounds very beautiful. Lyrically, the song is about the post-relationship double standard about hooking up, providing quite a unique perspective on broken relationships. I would be very interested to hear more from Couchsleepers in the near future as it’s a very interesting concept, but for now check out Creature Comforts below!
