I love the fresh and experimental feel of Wake. It’s pop, but not as we know it, drawing in elements from across the music spectrum from R&B, jazz, and alternative electronica. Nora’s vocals are utterly compelling as they’re delivered, almost whispered, revealing a world of symbolism and poetry.
Nora spends her time across two continents, in Austin, USA and Berlin, Germany. Outside of her musical influences she also draws inspiration from literature and mythology. Wake is taken from her debut EP Daysof8. You can hear the single below.
