Chloe Lilac is an American pop rock artist we’ve been following on York Calling since early 2020. She has consistently put out catchy and insightful tracks. Her latest 19 is no exception.
By Graeme Smith
Riddled with her characteristic angst, 19 plays right into Chloe’s wheelhouse of outsider pop. Energetic instrumentals play off against melancholic but charismatic vocals. Lyrically, the track tells the woes and struggles of being on the cusp of adulthood.
With a new album on the way, now’s a great time to get on board with Chloe’s music. If you haven’t heard any of the previous tracks of hers we’ve shared, definitely check them out. You can hear 19 below.
