I Am Kawehi is an American electro pop artist whose new dance track So Bro will give you a wry grin while you’re busting some moves.

So Bro is a call out to toxic men which was inspired a conversation overhead in a bar. Kawehi’s vocals are a wonderful mixture of sugar and acid as she sets the record straight through light and soulful verses and a memorable chorus.

I love Kawehi’s mix of world-aware lyrics and dedication to fun. She’s just the tonic we need right now. Elle magazine agrees, describing her as a “Genius One-Woman Band”. I couldn’t have said it better myself.
