Let’s Make A Fire is the debut release from Boston, USA-based indie folk-rock singer songwriter Noah Solt.
By Graeme Smith
It’s a track that starts gently, with instrumentals swelling like waves. Listening to it, I wasn’t surprised to learn that Noah wrote it while sailing across the southern Atlantic Ocean. It’s the audible equivalent of a laidback journey. Lyrically, though, it speaks of love and Noah’s charismatic vocals sell the emotion.
With a formal musical education from Berklee College of Music in Spain and eclectic taste, Noah has all the ingredients for creating interesting and approachable music. He’s certainly succeeded with that in Let’s Make A Fire. You can listen to it below.
