Lilac are a Reading-based indie pop three piece consisting of Beth on vocals and electric guitar, Lewis on electric guitar, keyboard and backing vocals and Olly on drums. Formed during lockdown in 2020, they’ve been growing their sound and playing local venues over the past couple of years. Now they’ve hit our radar through their beautiful banger Losing Myself (In You).

Lilac take indie rock sensibilities and layer on top of them electronic dream pop to create a rich and enveloping sound. Add to this Beth’s charismatic vocals and you’ve got everything you need for an indie hit. It’s clear that the trio have spent a lot of time and consideration on their sound. Losing Myself (In You) feels like an instant classic.
