I’m a big fan of folk music, both the traditional and the more modern styles, so I was very happy to discover Beth Marie Anderson’s music!

The Canadian singer-songwriter has released a new track, Better Together, which has a lovely uplifting vibe, with Beth’s vocals sounding very elating overall! I found myself being reminded of Laura Marling’s music, although there’s definitely more of a traditional folk sound to the track, with violins and banjos accompanying the guitar lines. The clapping also made the song stand out to me!
