Mike Mangione is an amazing new folk artist based in the USA, creating his own brand of creative traditional folk music with an Americana twist.

Anastasia starts off with a haunting guitar melody, before a beautiful violin line appears. Mike’s vocals are gorgeous, conveying a deep sense of emotion to the world with the emotive way in which he sings. The main chord sequence on the chorus is astounding, seeing Mike’s vocals raising higher and higher. This is one of my favourite songs of the year by far.
