We Were Young is quite an upbeat tune, melding together elements of indie, folk and rock to make something that sounds utterly fantastic. The lyrics are well-written and the vocals are flush with emotion, drawing you into this artists world straight away. The guitar melodies and piano work well with the rhythm, with the bass sounding oddly prominent (although it works!) Check out this amazing tune below:
