I really loved the folk/Americana scene in America, so I couldn’t help but like Aaron Shook’s music when I heard it!

The lyrics tell an amazing tale, written about how normal working-class people make the world run, also having a great message within it. The acoustic guitars have a spaghetti western vibe, with the violins adding an eerie quality at times. Aaron’s voice has a whiskey-soaked sound, fitting the rest of the music perfectly.
