Atlanta band Pistols At Dawn have been featured before several times in these pages, so I always look forward to new music from them. Under The Surface is their latest release, showing just why this band are so loved!

Under The Surface is another heavy song, full of hard rock goodness for all you fans of the genre. The riffs are immense from the start, having a really groovy sound to them. The vocals are a little distant under the music, but this actually serves to create a cool atmosphere. The mix of singing and screaming works well, with the vocals on the chorus being a little heavier. Pistols At Dawn also manage to make the song sound very catchy at times, with the chorus having a particular singalong quality. If that sounds good, you can find the track below!
