New Jersey, USA-based rock singer songwriter Tyler Elden is becoming a bit of a regular on our blog. I first discovered him in October of this year, and this is now the third single of his that I’m sharing. A collaboration with Katie of indie rock group The Lunar Years, it’s called Our Good Name.

The track also features Matt Weber and Christopher Hawthorne on production and engineering and collectively the four have created something special. Tyler’s ability to tell a story with his music is as clear as always, with Our Good Name exploring the lives of a downtrodden, outcast family. The vocal harmonies really bring the emotion of the story to life too.
