Frannie B is an Oxford-based artist who recently hit our radar thanks to her EP Wonderland, which Jane ran the rule over in November. She followed it up by getting to know Frannie a little better in an interview. Now it’s my turn to get involved with her music. Her latest single is called Judgement Day.

Judgement Day is a love story, but it’s not without conflict. It describes the point in a relationship where you have fallen for someone but you don’t know if they feel the same. It’s a sentiment beautifully captured through Frannie’s vulnerable approach, which is kept fresh through the experimental electronic instrumentals of collaborator xsharma and its catchy melody.

Frannie draws inspiration from pop heavyweights like Rita Ora and Dua Lipa but she’s certainly bringing her own spin on the genre. She’s definitely one to watch. You can listen to Judgement Day below.
