5th PROJEKT is a Toronto, Canada-based art rock band led by multi-instrumentalist Sködt McNalty and vocalist Tara Rice. Ahead of the release of their band’s upcoming EP The Wolf, they’ve just released the second single from it. It’s called The Wrong Way.

5th PROJEKT took an unconventional approach to composing The Wrong Way – they cut up three different songs and spliced them together into one. That might sounds a little off-putting but it works, and gives a really fresh, unique and exciting sound. The icing on the cake is Tara’s wonderfully compelling vocals.

The Wolf EP is set for release on 7 March and is going to be a must-listen for fans of PJ Harvey, Wolf Alice and Portishead. You can check out The Wrong Way below.
