You probably know American singer songwriter GAYLE from her breakthrough 2021 hit ABCDEFU, which proved a smash thanks to its relatable lyrics and catchy pop chorus. Well, now she’s back with one that’s even better. It’s called everybody hates me.

Everybody hates me is a rallying call for anyone who has experienced not fitting in. Its core message is: that’s OK – you don’t always have to, but you’re going to have to steel yourself to be bold and different. GAYLE has a way with words that really sets herself out from pop contemporaries, and the instrumentals in everybody hates me takes her even further into the punk rock end of the pop spectrum.
