Laura Wolf is an American producer, cellist and singer who has caught my attention with her unique music, which takes in chamber pop and electronic influences. Her new, wonderfully poetic track is called Calligraphy and Calculations.

Calligraphy and Calculations is a track that slowly judders into life with experimental electronica before relaxing into a laidback yet challenging stripped-back groove. Laura’s vocals are beautifully mesmerising as they deliver the delicious wordplay in the song’s lyrics. Laura’s truly in a class of her own with her sound.

The track will feature on Laura’s upcoming album Shelf Life, set for release 2 June via Whatever’s Clever. The album combines Laura’s classical background with her love for electronic pop and promises to be something special. You can check out Calligraphy and Calculations below.
