Genre-wise Lost It is difficult to pigeon-hole and I think that’s what excited me about it. There are rock and shoegaze elements, but they sit comfortably alongside hyperpop leanings. They combine to create something that is vibrant and upbeat, while full of sad and dramatic lyrics. Whatever you want to call it, it’s thoroughly absorbing.
