If you like your pop music, then British singer girli’s music is for you – her latest release, Cheap Love, is a proper banger!

It’s a pop song with a mainstream vibe, although the synths also reminded me a lot of the pop that emerged during the 80s. The chorus is extremely catchy, seeing girli repeat the title of the tune over and over again in an infectious way. She has a wonderfully emotive voice, with a vocal range that will impress anyone. The song breaks down slightly towards the end with an acoustic guitar strumming along, before the bass and synths join back in again. Try and listen to this without it getting stuck in your head!
