Cex grabs you instantly with eerie electronica, rumbling bass and distorted vocals. It’s a challenging listen, but a rewarding one as you ear gradually picks out its different textures and delights in its uniqueness. Throwback electronica, jazz and something complete indescribable combine to make the exciting Lump200 sound.
Cex features Els Vandeweyer on vibraphone, Orlando de Boeykens on tuba and René Desalmand on bass clarinet, beats, lyrics, vocals and production. Mastering comes from Dan Suter.
