Don’t Get Me Wrong by Hana Tamaru and Arianna Folini. Friends of different nationalities sit in their apartment and tell each other anecdotes based on their experience of living in the UK. They each reflect on their struggles, discussing work, love and eating habits that lead to difficulties fitting in through this light and fun play. It will also include some original live music.
Hospital Doors by Matthew Harper-Hardcastle. Matthew is Artistic Director of Next Door But One Theatre and will be sharing readings from a new play exploring family dynamics and terminal illness. This aims to be relatable, poignant, and to make conversations around care, disability, sexuality, and societal stereotypes accessible to its audience.
One-Human Show by Nicky Murmann. Through telling stories about dating, mental health, sex, disability, illness, loss of memory and everyday life this performance highlights the absurdity and the joy of living as a queer person with chronic pain and other non-conventional accessories.
