I’m a big fan of the modern folk genre, so I was very excited to discover American singer-songwriter Caleb Hearn.

1200 sq ft is our first introduction to Caleb’s music, but I’m sure it won’t be our last! It’s a pretty folk song with a slight hint of Americana also thrown in for good measure, making for something that sounds utterly beautiful throughout. Caleb has a lovely soft quality to his voice, melding well with the pretty guitar melodies. Those backing vocals are pretty stunning too!
