I’ve been delving more into the indie-pop and dream-pop genres of late, which Little Trips have buckets of within their music!

The unusually titled Orange & Foggy contains elements of both of those genres, but I also felt there was a bit of a retro new wave feel as well. The vocals have a very unique sound – they’re rather light, having quite a playful tone to them, as well as a passionate sense of emotion. The guitars and synths work well together, creating lovely layers of sound in the background, against the upbeat rhythm section. It’s an extremely tantalising piece of work, and one that will get you off your feet and dancing in no time!
