Tez Cadey is a Paris, France based electronic pop musician who has just hit my radar thanks to his new team up with Dutch singer Sophia Kruithof. Coming complete with a video, it’s called Stuck In Tokyo.

Stuck in Tokyo tells the story of a young woman seeking answers about her life. The video sees her wandering the streets of the titular city set against a backdrop of bright yet moody electronica. Sofia’s vocals are wonderfully expressive and there’s an infectiously bouncing feel to the chorus.
In 2015, Tez Cadey burst onto the electro pop scene thanks to his composition Seve which wound up being streamed over five billion times. An international touring career awaited and, at long last, has made it to these pages. I suspect it won’t be for the last time.
