As you might expect if you’ve listened to bad at math.’s previous work, star salt is a lo-fi, chill-hop tune – whilst the style won’t be for everyone, it is well worth a listen if you like your lo-fi ambient music. The percussion is really subtle, providing a slow beat in the background with the bass, as a gorgeous array of clean guitar melodies play in the forefront of the music. There’s more going on here than first meets the ear, so it’s something you will want to listen to a few times over, but that shouldn’t be a problem when the track is this good!
