American singer-songwriter and musician Caroline Kid is fairly new to the music scene, but already she’s making waves due to her amazing musical skills!

Caroline’s music is set firmly within the country genre, as Whiskey Lies shows. It’s a beautiful sounding piece of song, fitting the sub-genre of country ballads well. Some lovely strummed acoustic guitar melodies provide the backbone to the piece alongside the rhythm section, with occasional electric guitar and slide guitar motifs appearing every so often. Caroline’s vocals are stunning too, containing a great wealth of emotion and passion as her voice soars over the music. This is a must listen for country fans!
