Chelmsford-based indie pop artist Katy For Kings has made a few appearances on our blog now. She first came to our attention in 2020 and we’ve been enamoured with her unique brand of pop ever since. Her latest is no exception. It’s called Money Motel.

Money Motel is a track that has a relentless, infectious bass groove, subtle percussion and a sense of throwback about it. Katy’s charismatic vocals are the star of the show as always, as are her cool and cutting lyrics that rail against the trap of hustle culture.
