I’m a massive fan of the folk/Americana genres, so I couldn’t help but love Joey Green’s music when I first heard it!

Heart Lesson is a gorgeous piece of work, really drawing you into Joey’s world after the first listen. It sounds fairly simplistic at times, opening with a mellow, fingerpicked acoustic guitar melody, but it really works, allowing Joey’s raw vocals to truly shine through. His voice is amazing, containing a great deal of passion and emotion, punching you straight in the heart.
