American composer J Scott Williams has reimagined his 2021 piece Missing You in the form of new release, The Saga of Missing You.

The Saga of Missing You is a classical piece of music that’s more in the neoclassical vein, although some of the instrumentation used is also rather folky at times. It starts out fairly slowly, building up and adding more instrumentation as the piece progresses. It’s actually rather beautiful, stirring up evocative pictures in the mind as you listen to the track through. It’s also incredibly evocative, sounding like something you would expect to hear in an epic movie score. J Scott Williams has created a true masterpiece in The Saga of Missing You.
