British queer alt-rockers (hailing from our own county in Leeds!) Artio return with another banging new tune – Wallflower.

Wallflower opens with some absolutely killer riffs, setting the tone well for things to come. It’s certainly a rock song, but there are also some electronic elements thrown in there for good measure on the verses, mixing well with the heavier aspects of the tune. The chorus elevates things further, bringing the heavy riffs back in, as the vocals truly soar. I felt the vocals were a tad quiet on the verses, but they’re absolutely epic on the chorus, adding a nice melodic touch. Sound good? Find it here:
