Italian musician BIAS is an artist doing something very different from the norm, as displayed in his new track, Ogni Istante. It’s not often we get to hear much music from musicians in their native tongue, so BIAS is very welcome here indeed!

Ogni Istante is quite hard to characterise by genre, although it has a dreamy vibe, with the fuzzy guitars creating a shoegaze sound. Despite the harshness of the guitar licks, it’s actually quite a lovely sounding tune, with occasional piano trickles appearing in the background, against the rhythm section. BIAS also has a great voice – it’s a little raw at times, but this just shows the passion he has for his music, as his vocals soar on the chorus, rising to new heights. There’s a subtle guitar solo towards the end of the track, marking a palpable change from the heavily distorted rhythm guitar. Why not try something new?
