If you like your punk rock, then German band Friends With Boats are for you! Their new release, The Point, is a perfect example of the genre!

Characterised by a frantic beat and a range of chugging guitar riffs, The Point is a track with buckets of energy, keeping the tension raised throughout. However, despite the heavy guitar licks, the track is also pretty catchy at times – particularly on the chorus! The call and response gang vocals also work really well, suiting the style of music well. The Point has a fairly raw production style, but that’s fairly normal for this genre, making everything sound very genuine. If you like your punk, Friends With Boats are perfect!
