Cologne, Germany-based singer songwriter Luna Keller has already treated us to three chapters of her concept album Ocean Inside of Me, releasing one video a month in the build up to its release. The fourth delves into the concept of the shame associated with mental health struggles. It’s called Swallow the Sea.

Hiding it is perhaps a natural reaction to struggling mentally and I, for one, have certainly been there. It can only last so long, though, and will leave you feeling isolated and that’s exactly the message of Swallow the Sea. It’s delivered through meditative, melancholic acoustic chords and intimate vocals. Luna has a way of wearing her heart of her sleeve with her music and her latest might be her most devastating yet.

Its video sees her perform in front of a party, with fire-twirling, dancing and merriment. It’s the perfect visual representation for the story of the song. You can watch it below.
